Just Dial 1296 (toll free) from your MTNL Landline or Mobile Number and follow the IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System)

And what's more, Get discount of 1% of your bill amount by paying through 1296 bill payment option. (maximum discount- Rs. 250)

Give Your Landline Number and CA number

After Confirmation of Landline Number & CA Number you will be informed about your last outstanding bill.

Make payment through your Credit Card & please note your Transaction Number for future references.

Note: - No payment of bill is allowed after due date, with this IVRS system.

Process

Dial 1296 ---->Choose your Language----> Give your Landline Number & CA Number------> Listen Your Outstanding Bills ----->Make payment by using your credit card----->Keep your Transaction Number.

MTNL Counters

Pay by Cash or Cheque at any of our customer service centers or at Area Bill Payment Centers.

MTNL Drop Boxes

Simply Drop your cheque along with counter foil of the bill into select Standard Chartered, ICICI and Bill Box drop boxes which are conveniently located at all suburban railway stations and important places.

Bank Collection Centers

Pay at select branches of

• State Bank of India,
• Union Bank of India and
• Central Bank of India.

Electronic Clearing Services

Relieve yourself from hassles of paying the telephone bills by filling ECS Mandate form.

Your Bank will automatically pay your bills. You need to submit an ECS Mandate form at MTNL CSC authorizing your bank to pay your bills. Bank deposits your account 21 days after the bill date. You can also fix an upper limit for this deposit. Also you get a discount of 1% upto a maximum of Rs.250/- by paying bills through this option.

Voluntary Deposit Scheme

Pay an amount equivalent to 6 months or 1 year bill amount by advance deposit and earn interest on it. Monthly bill amount will be deducted from the deposit.

ATM Payment

You can choose to pay from any of the Axis Bank ATM's located at various parts of the city anytime.

CTO/DTO

Pay your Telephone bills at 17 Central Telegraph Offices /Departmental Telegraph Offices.

Easy Bill Outlets

You can also choose to pay your bills through Easy Bill or Pay Point outlets.
