With MTNL Missed Call Alert (MCA) facility, never miss a call again even if your phone is switched off or unreachable. 

 

Subscribing to MCA  

Step 1 : To subscribe user has to send SMS ’Sub MCA’ to 50101

Step 2 : Divert calls in required condition to +919869099999

Step 3 :In case of missed calls the user will get alerts” You have X missed calls from MSISDN1, Y missed calls from MSISDN2…..”

 

 NOTE:

  1. This is not by default facility,all interested Customers of MTNL have to Subscribe for the service.
  2. Subscription SMS to 50101 will not be Charged.
  3. Existing MCA Customers will get the service free of cost.
