1 Activation Charges : Rs 250 (  Nil for CUG plans)

Security Deposit : Local: Nil, STD & National Roaming: Nil, ISD: Rs 2000 and International Roaming: Rs 3000
3 One time payment of Rs 149 applicable for Jeevansathi (Lifetime) Plan
4 Incoming calls are free in home network & while roaming in BSNL  Maharashtra & Goa.
5 Free Local talk value applicable in home network only
6 Lifetime Validity is valid till 10.10.2017. Validity beyond that will be subject to renewal of license. Minimum usage of Rs. 100/-is necessary at least once in six months for Jeevansathi customers.
7 Service Tax 12.36% extra.
8 Dial 1503(toll free) /9869012345 for any assistance.
9 Black Out Day Information :  During Black out Days, Upto 100 SMS per SIM , SMS charges will be as per the customer's existing plan. Beyond 100 SMS, SMS charges will be levied as :Local SMS: 50p, National: Rs 1 & ISD: Rs 5.There's no restriction on the number of outgoing SMS on this day.

For more than 3000 SMS per SIM per month, SMS charges will be levied for Dolphin customers as : Local SMS: 50p, National: Rs 1 & ISD: Rs 5.
13  New customers booking new connections at other than MTNL CSCs (e.g. distributors, retailers etc.) must dial 1503 within 30 days of SIM activation for tele-verification. This step is mandatory to avoid permanent disconnection of your new connection.
