How to Configure MTNL 3G Data Card
  • Insert the activated HSDPA SIM  Card in the SIM slot of the  the Data Card.
  • Insert the Data Card in the USB port of your PC/Laptop.
  • Your desktop/laptop will detect and recognize the new hardware and start installing data card  software automatically.
  • Follow the prompts of the installation wizard. After software is installed, a shortcut icon will be displayed on the desktop.
  • The APN is default for postpaid users. If you are using prepaid connection, go to Setting -> connection -> APN (select APN MTNL Mumbai 3G Prepaid). Click on 'Set as Default' –> Apply. Optionally you can manually update the default APN setting to MTNL's new common APN - mtnl.net , keeping all other settings same.
  • Click on internet-Click on connect.
  • Once authentication is done, connection is established ,CONNECT(Blue Colour) will be replaced by disconnect (Green Colour).Now you are ready to  browse internet.
