If during online transaction, the mobile recharge is failed, but the amount gets deducted, the customer will receive following SMS:
Rech failure for no.‹Mobile Number› for Rs. ‹Amount› on ‹Date› . Amt will be refunded to your a/c in 5 working days. If delayed , Call 1503 with ref no. ‹ ref. no.›
Customer has to note this payment reference number and call 1503.
