| 5 | Lifetime Validity is valid until 05-04-2019. Validity beyond that will be subject to renewal of the license. Minimum usage of Rs. 100/-is necessary at least once in six months for Jeevansathi customers. |

For more than 3000 SMS per SIM per month, SMS charges will be levied for Dolphin customers as Local SMS: 50p, National: Rs 1 & ISD: Rs 5. |
| 12 | New customers booking new connections at other than MTNL CSCs (e.g. distributors, retailers, etc.) must dial 1503 within 30 days of SIM activation for tele-verification. This step is mandatory to avoid the permanent disconnection of your new connection. |

The minimum download speed for 2G is 20 Kbps while for 3G it’s 256 Kbps subject to various factors such as the number of subscribers browsing the data services, low coverage area, location of the customer, peak/off time, kind of device is being used, type of application consuming data, website behavior, and other external factors. |
| 14 | Special offer: Free call forwarding from MTNL Postpaid mobile numbers to MTNL Mumbai Landline. Call forwarding from MTNL Prepaid mobile numbers to MTNL Mumbai Landline is charged @Re. 0.10/min. Limited period offer. |
| 15 | To activate DATA Service (including DATA PACKs), send SMS START to 1925. To deactivate, send SMS STOP to 1925 or Call 1925. |
| 16 | Any Voluntary Deposit / Excess amount remitted by the customer will be treated as a refundable/adjustable security deposit, which shall be adjusted against future bills and the same will not carry any interest. |
